ABOUT THE BOOKCASE
Inspired by traditional luthier cases, our timber CB02 Bookcase is designed to sit either as a standalone feature within a room or inset within an alcove, framing architectural moments such as a fireplace. Multiple pieces can be arranged together to redefine a space, creating new spatial compositions and the sense of a room within a room.
The interior is lined in luxurious kid Angora mohair, one of the finest and softest natural fibres, paired with Shantung silk whose naturally textured surface adds a refined tactility. These materials gently absorb sound, enhancing acoustic comfort while providing an elegant backdrop for books and collected objects.
The bookcase can be paired with the CB03 Desk to create a unified composition within a study or living space.
These details create a quiet, cocooning experience — more felt than overtly seen.
