'Happenings' at Pirajean Lees began this week at the studio on Burnsall Street, Chelsea. What were the burning questions amongst this industry-leading, eclectic creative audience?
Elizabeth Choppin, Editor-in-Chief of Design Anthology UK, moderated the panel and the open discussion about the value of originality today.
The event was a passionate dialogue from the perspectives of interior design, art history, film, music and creativity at large.
Audience participation added to the rich tapestry of ideas presented at the evening which also provided a platform for networking in a celebration of all areas of creative production.
Stories from the panel and the audience were not only deeply insightful, the topic brought to light personal anecdotes.
We are deeply appreciative of our panel and guests for being so open and generous with their knowledge and network. Ben Weaver's incredibly eloquent delivery of the evolution of creativity and trends over the centuries and Kate Shepherd's insights from the entertainment industry and AI were beautifully juxtaposed with Clemence Pirajean's analogue approach to narrative Interior Architecture.
This is the first in a series of 'Happenings' at Pirajean Lees. We are planning further creative events to bring together talent and encourage open discussion, insight and collaboration.
The next 'Happening' will be in February. If you are interested in attending or if you have a burning idea that you would like to develop with us, we are open to ideas for collaborative using this platform to bring creatives together within the studio.
